Healthy Me Please

Today we had Brogan from The Heart Foundation visit us in Room 12. We looked at the different foods in the food pyramid, and which foods are especially good for us. Are you eating 5 plus fruit and vegetables every day?


Can you answer these questions:

Why should we eat healthy food?
Which foods should we eat most of?
How does eating healthy, help us learn?
What is fibre?
What can happen to our heart if we continually eat food that is bad for us?
